The House & Dreams Raffle is an annual fundraiser to benefit Special Olympics Northern California. It will occur annually in the spring each year. The raffle aims to raise funds for Special Olympics Northern California in its continuing effort to provide year-round sports, schools, and health and leadership programs for people with intellectual disabilities. In addition to supporting Special Olympics Northern California, the raffle will be giving away over 1,000 prizes, of which the Grand Prize is the winner's choice of a Danville luxury home, a $1 million annuity paid over 25 years or a $700,000 one-time cash payment.*
The Grand Prize home is a masterpiece of modern design nestled in a quiet neighborhood, near top rated schools, right in the heart of Danville. It's a sleek and elegant 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath residence that redefines luxury living with its contemporary aesthetic, designer materials and finishes, and refined details. Bathed in natural light, the open-concept layout seamlessly merges indoor and outdoor spaces, creating an inviting ambiance. The main level features an inviting grand entry that leads you into the first living room with large windows throughout. The massive eat-in kitchen is a cook's dream with a large island and top-of-the-line appliances. The den, powder room, and first en-suite bedroom complete the main level. Upstairs, the massive loft leads you to the primary en-suite and 2 additional en-suite bedrooms, which all have access to the spacious outdoor deck overlooking the Diablo Country Club.
